I wanted a decent, reasonably priced unlocked phone with good tech reviews & this one fit the bill. The guys were really helpful getting it set up for me. My last phone was a cheap emergency purchase, so this is an upgrade. Love having 256GB of storage & the 6GB ram makes it pretty fast.

Total tech failure

Hate that best buy had NO CASES and didn't put the free screen protector on the phone for a week (came in store 4,times) Phone people don't care. In fact I got my case and told total tech that TXK cell phones has it in their stock.

If you have the money for it, I would recommend the stylus version over this, however this is also a fairly decent phone if you're a fan of Android over Apple.
