Was supposed to come with everything. Came with half the charges and no SIM card holder. Basically a useless product and they want to charge a restocking fee even though it was not as advertised

Not worth it

I don’t even have the option of the warranty because my mom leaves in mexico and it cost me more money to bring the cellphone over here than buy her a new one.

Don't miss the frustration of the difference between the two. I tried my iPhone for 2 years. Teaching myself how to use it. When you're use to an Android, Apple makes a totally different beast. Too expensive to replace... Do like my 5g speed. Don't like all the spam I've received since I stated using it. Wish I knew what I set up wrong to continue to receive spam. I like the size. Fit's my had better than the iPhone. Moto g 5g 2022 Had it 2 months. I'm 64, female.

So glad I looked past the few bad reviews and bought it! From the point of sale to today, a pleasant experience all around! The camera could be a little clearer, and the battery could lay a little longer, but I am using it alot! Either way I'm 100% satisfied!

Have never had a problem with them. Had to disable alot of stuff that kept popping up on phone. Works perfect now and the price was great at Best Buy.
