    So far so good. Impressed with data and app transfer from one Motorola to another. But too early for an overall impression of the phone. However this is my third Motorola phone and generally I'm very happy with them.

    Way too slow I prefer the moto G Stylus I expected the 5G to be faster the 4G and it's been slower

    This phone is garbage. Probably taking it back. Battery dies before 18hours with average use,. Missed calls galore and cannot get alert to sound for text messages. I had to take the moto g stylus back two days before this one. May have to change away from Motorola. They make crap unreliable phones.

    5G and Buffering?

    Compared to my 4-year-old LG V40, I downgraded. I never ran into buffering issues before this 5G phone -- nothing more aggravating than when you're trying to watch a movie or jam to some music, and then your phone goes into a buffer. Nothing fancy about the phone -- Motorola may need to incorporate the 14 to 24-year old age group in it's planning phases if it wants to remain a competitor in the new age.

Is this happening while you are connected to Wi-Fi or using Mobile Data only? Is this also happening to your other device? Have you tried also contacting your carrier? Did you recently get a software update? For now, we can try to reset the Network Settings.
      1. Go to Settings> System> Reset options
      2. Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile, and Bluetooth>Reset Settings
      3. Try to Reset settings.

    Compared to the Google pixel phones or any other phone this is a very bad phone feels bad in the hand very slow just feels very cheap I have a Google pixel 3 from 3 or 4 years ago that's faster than this phone and has more options no wireless charging no NFC bare Bones

    I just returned this phone after a week's use. The touch screen would freeze up so unable to navigate or it would open apps that were not selected. Somehow went into adaptive voice mode freezing up the screen for scrolling and navigation. I was finally able to get to the screen to factory reset meaning I had to set up the phone a second time. I decided to buy a different brand of phone as this was the second moto phone I had fail as the one I replaced had the charging port fail after only 14 months of use. Buyer beware the $45 restocking fee is standard despite the "may" in front of the disclosure. This is the first time I ever returned to Best Buy and this may be my last purchase from them. I've bought thousands if dollars worth of merchandise from them over the years but I'm hesitant to use them in future. I didn't buy the replacement phone from best buy because they don't carry that model. I wonder if the fee would be suddenly waived if I had bought a different phone from them. The idea of setting up another phone is not my idea of fun. Now I'm out time, gas, and money. I hope everyone else has a better experience than I did.

    I got my phone but to me it seem use. They replace it for a galaxy they mess up inserting my sim card. Phone is slow, keeps messing up, take forever to upload, camera is not worth, I was very disappointed in this phone. Motorola is good but this phone sucks. I just wish I could get my money back

    My first phone came locked and I had to take it back and get a replacement. My second phone was fine, I like it really it. It was rather hard to set up, especially the transfer.

    Does work with Xfinity. So far it has been a very good phone. No real issues at all. Just make sure that you do a full setup far as receiving notifications if not on Wi-Fi.

    Phone seems awesome at first. Quick response, decent battery. Motorola phones seems to have an issue receiving pictures by text lately that several hours with Motorola tech support and Verizon tech support can't fix. Completely ruled out the service and discovered it's the phone. Told to return by Motorola. If you need text did business, don't buy this phone.

    I don't like this phone at all,It don't work as good as I expected, it's slow, the camera isn't clear, the memory is not up to par, all and all id give this phone a 2.
