Bad phone.

Watch pressure sensitivity on key pads!

I've only had it a few days. I'm disgusted with the responsiveness! I have to really thump the keys to type a message or select anything. I've never had trouble with having to bang keys on any phone since phones came out. Don't know how to correct typing sensitivity but this phone will go back if I can't adjust pressure! Other than that big issue, phone is great!

Posted .Hi Puregoldluck, Thanks for bringing this to our attention and we're sorry to hear about this. We would like to help you get this sorted. Ensure you are not using a case, cover, or screen protector that may be interfering with the proximity sensor. By covering the sensor the touchscreen may be affected and be causing inadvertent hang-ups. After removing the accessory case/screen protector/holster, please restart the device. This removes the proximity sensor from the locked state. Check the proximity sensor by going to Device Help> Device diagnosis > Hardware test > Proximity sensor > follow the on-screen instructions.
