This phone was easy enough that my grandkids showed me things! Apple let me get in my IPhone again, so I gave this phone to my granddaughter for her birthday.

Love my 2021- great bang for the buck!

Becareful ordering an accessories or the case and screen cover because if you don't specify the 2021 version it won't be the right size cuz again it's different size it's a little bit larger. The only complaint that I would have is that anytime I try to move my thumb from right to left it goes back to the previous page that it was on so it's been very very hard to get used to that there's no back button

Decent budget phone

I needed a budget phone, and that's exactly what this is. Camera quality is decent, not great. The phone is very slow and there isn't much storage. I can deal with that since this is only for the time being, but it would be very annoying in the long run.

New is cool

The clerk almost laughed at how old it was. He encouraged me to accept the changes, but kept a few like the bottom buttons so I wouldn't be totally lost. Runs on. I had an additional memory card that helps functions. I love the fingerprint feature. I haven't been able to figure out how to adjust the camera zoom on the selfie mode. Will go back to the geek squad for assistance.
