Thanks for taking the time to give us your feedback and this is unexpected for the Moto G Play (2021). Have you tried contacting your service provider to provision your sim to CDMA-less? If not, I would suggest contacting them and see if CDMA-less provisioning will work. If you have questions, please email us at supportforums@motorola.com. We're always there to help. - Mike
