One of your salespersons put everything on it from my old phone. I'm not sure what he did with MY pictures, but they don't always come up. I just remember him saying I will never run out of space for storing pictures. I hope they are not on Cloud. I was told that it is very easy to use, however, I am a slow learner and am having trouble with texting, making calls and finding pictures. There are times when I just want to throw it in the trash. I keep having to put in my password as most of the time it doesn't recognize my face or fingerprint. I still remember my parents first phone. Their number was 2F8 and their ring was 2 shorts and a long. Now you know why I am having trouble.
