The sales representative suggested this product. Nothing would activate; couldn’t access text & the the phone line never worked. Returned to store.

If you are one who doesnt need many apps and just text and calls. this is perfect for you. If you are wanting more than that, look at better model.

Dead on arrival

Trying to set it up was diabolical. Within 4 hours it gave me a dead robot and a start prompt. I had to research why this happened and how to resolve it. I thought that was the end of it until the next day my Mom said the issue is recurring. I regret taking her from Samsung to Motorola but it was a dire need. I don’t know if the issue has happened again she probably won’t tell me now because she know how frustrating it was to fix and set up the phone in the first place.
