    I would give a Zero if I could. So many technical issues wrong with this phone. Hate it !! This is my second G Play in 3 weeks. First one froze up and locked me out of the entire phone. Best Buy said it was a Lemon,...gave me another one as a replacement. Not worth it !! Cannot swipe Calendar, Photos, etc., without closing out entire App. Cannot minimize screens & Toggle between multiple screens. Forget the slide bar on the bottom, waste. "FLASHING" constantly occurs when typing an Email, or on a Social Media page. Worst phone. I had a Motorola 6,...it was Fabulous, but this one stinks. Motorola & Best Buy should take this one back.

    I purchased this as a backup phone when I needed a temporary phone to use. This phone is so slow and the storage unit is so small that it makes the phone unusable if you want to install any apps of any kind.

    Not good phone connection. For some reason it will either drop the phone connection while talking or the person cant hear you but can hear them

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
