We are seniors with limited technical skills. We were directed to buy this model which was more expensive than we hoped to pay, with many more features than we needed. Disappointed in the “assistance” we were given,n and the product which we purchased. We will not buy at Best Buy again.

Swipe left or right to navigate off if a web page, wait... Isn't that how we navigate within a web page??!! Just bought this as I needed a new Android device and waiting for the new Pixel to come out. Outside of the horrible ux, the phone is alright.

Moto G play

I should've upgraded to the faster processor. It's been my experience that cell phones are only good for communication and Google is mostly useless. I was very happy with my in store experience and the salesman was most helpful.
