    I don't like it. Not easy to use. My previous Motorola phone was much easier. Camera does not take very good pictures. Memory too small. Wish I had not bought it.

    Probably wouldn't buy this phone again. It works but it took me 6 visits to the store to make the phone actually work to be able call someone or to receive calls. The store is understaffed and the employees are very overworked and stressed.

    The phone was doing weird things on the same day of purchase. The screen often goes black when I'm watching YouTube. My pictures are pixilated. The sound is aweful. The only reason I did y return it was because of the restocking fee that would occur if I returned it. Aweful phone and horrible customer service.

    It didn't take all my phone numbers from my sim card. I'm having trouble removing items I never wanted. I hate the ring, but having trouble finding a way to change it, etc. etc. etc!!!

    this phone is not user friendly at all. I wish I would not have had to change. It sends messages to spam and the voicemail feature was hard to even figure out. Just disappointed.
