    Less expensive. Less intuitive. I bought a One Plus for myself, shouldn't have listened to my wife who wanted something simple. I should have bought another OnePlus.

    Worked great for a couple of weeks. Then screen went black and never bothered bringing the phone back.

    Served it's purpose. My phone broke and I was need of a replacement until the new phone arrived. It did the trick.

    This phone is horrible! It is basically obsolete, and I feel like it shouldn't have even been sold to me! I left my iPhone on vacation and only needed a phone for 3 days until I got mine back and he sold me this...never explained how to use it or anything.

    I purchased this phone as a temporary replacement as I waited for my new phone to come in. This phone was very cheap and I hated it. It was too big for my small hands. I was glad to give it back!!

    I got it 6 months ago and the battery got inflated..... need replacement right the way...it turns off every time I received a call or when I see a video....

    Had the phone less than a month, drop it and screen spider webbed. I believe this phone was made with poor quality glass. Battery drained daily with few apps running in background.

    Stopped working after a year. The screen turned off randomly. I took good care of it. Never got wet. Screen protector and case.

    This phone was purchased for my 98 year old mother-in-law… recommended by your staff as the easiest one to use. She couldn’t even figure out how to turn it on. It was taken back.

    Good phone but had a hard time getting it to price match at best buy. Had to go through a lot of work to get them to honor a pretty obvious price match at target.
