I'm writing this positive review to counteract my negative review because there is no way to delete that review. My phone was misbehaving in all kinds of kooky ways and I spent days troubleshooting and finally, furiously, hammered out a bad review. Motorola contacted me and politely offered more troubleshooting tips which eventually led to the discovery that the bugginess was caused by an app, not the phone. I put my apps on trial and singled out an innocent-seeming ukulele tuner that was gumming up the works, deleted it, and the dang phone works perfectly now. Motorola: thanks for your help, and for the nice affordable phone, and sorry about that angry review <3

Affordable and great quality

Can play all the mobile Pokemon games with ease, which was essential for my 12 year old. Cameras are okay. Display is huge, bigger than my OnePlus 9 (can't touch the camera quality of my 9 though). Battery lasts forever. Pretty happy with the purchase, my kid absolutely loves it.

Unlocked made it easy to reconnect with my wireless provider. Open Box price was good and Best Buy delivered it to my home quickly.

This phone has been extremely difficult for me to use. The screen darkens before I can finish signing in my password, and I have to start over with the activation button. It drops calls in the middle of my conversations. Yesterday, several medical providers, and my family, called me, and the phone never rang. The only entity to break through was a scammer. I was very distressed by this. Another friend told me that I had called her, when I had not. I did call a second neighbor, but she could not hear me, although I could hear her. This phone has a mind of its own, and I have decided to simply downsize to a "senior" flip phone. Although the screen and camera are fine, the inner workings are unpredictable. This one is too confusing, and, truthfully, I never know what it will do next. Using a phone, should not be so stressful.

decent slim phone with headphone jack!

Speaker is not great but screen actually gets dim so no need for another app. However it doesn't sleep after 2 mins as per the android setting. Battery lasts but doesn't charge super fast.
