    Phone is garbage. I believe I got a refurbished phone. I'm sorry I bought this at Best Buy, next time I'm buying one off Amazon.

    Don't WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY on this product

    This phone is worth buying at all. Yes it's nice and light with all the bells n whistles except this isn't compatible Google Pay tap n pay or anything type of countless touch that the world has made Americans to start using . And for this So called Good phone is WORTHLESS because this and I can't refund this told I was told and I just bought this past July 1 2023

    Can't handle Android 10 or 11

    I thought this would be a good upgrade from my Moto e5 Play 16GB phone. WOW, was I Wrong! You'd think going from 16GB Android 8.0 to 32GB Android 10 would be a smart move. WRONG! Android 10 took HALF of the internal storage AND another 10GB of preinstalled Apps! That leaves ME how much? 32-16-10 = 6GB for my personal data! 1080p video take up out of space. I stripped off as much as I could, not use any Social Media Apps and still had to wrestle with keeping enough free space. Verizon Migration Utility didn't even have enough space to function! Then if you run low on storage, a popup wants to offer to free up space and suggests you DELETE some of YOUR PERSONAL FILES! There used to be a delete cache option, but now you have to manually sort Apps by size and delete cache ONE APP AT A TIME! Android 10 removed support for App Menus too! NOTE! If a phone is advertised as "32GB" then 32GB should be for the user, the OS and related Apps should reside in a separate storage area! DON'T advertise a phone with 32, 64, 128GB and TAKE MOST of it away from users! This phone's performance was crushed by Android 10 updates, the 11 was forced on it! MOTOROLA SUPPORT is USELESS, only offering hardware diagnostics! MOTOROLA will not stand behind their phones! This phone would be great with Android 8 that uses less than 8GB storage! I've had numerous Motorola phones and this will be the last! If the phone can't even last through the warranty period, then that speaks loudly about Motorola's poor engineering of a device that capable of the OS requirements! Motorola has recommended I "return the phone to the seller" (BestBuy) and buy something else. I guess they got my money and I got a phone unable to function reasonably well enough, despite the few Apps I'm using it for! COMPLETE FAILURE!

    I am a die hard Motorola fan! The Motorola g4 play I had 4 years ago is still working great bc my guys uses it! I am very disappointed in the g play 2021;-( I recently purchased it for 119.00 at Best Buy in Longview Texas. My complaint is that my friends tell me that on their end of the phone they cannot understand me. I'm in and out with crackling nose. This never happened with the last 3 Motorola phones I've had. My g4 play, e4 and e5 play! Those were all excellent phones;-) I want a new phone that I can be heard from! My job depends on my being able to be heard on the phone! It also buffers a lot more than my past three cheaper Motorola phones! I wanted so bad for this phone to be so cool but it's not;-(

    I'm disappointed, even at the cheap price. I don't need a high-performance phone, but this one is so glitchy it's unusable. It crashes about once a day - just turns off for no apparent reason. Sometimes it restarts, sometimes it stays mysteriously dead, as if it's a possum just waiting for me to leave. It struggles with common apps and will crash entirely if asked to open Spotify. I've had it for about a week and it just today stopped saving photos, hence me being fed up enough to write a review. I take a photo and it just vanishes off of the device. In the amount of time I have spent on support resources trying to get this phone to work, I could have walked to town, gotten hired at minimum wage, worked a few hours and had enough money to buy a better phone.

    Terrible Connections, Not dependable

    Worse phone ever!!! It has terrible connections, you can be talking to someone then all of a sudden it goes quiet then, comes back you missed part of the conversation. It happens with every call. Also you can be talking them all of a sudden it starts to break up. Never had this issue with my Samsung, now on top of it the price has dropped, wonder if that's because the phone isn't worth what they were charging..

    This is my second phone in 3 days. They both have issues saying that the system UI isn't responding as well as the system processor isn't responding. I'm taking it back and expect a full refund.

    Dangerous! Overheats.

    It worked fine until it was 10 days past the return window. Then the fingerprint scanner started malfunctioning. It would overheat so much that it burned my skin. I paid a lot of money for this thing, and it only lasted a month. Piece of junk.
