Moto G play had good specs for the price range. Set up was very easy and the screen layout is a great improvement from the older Moto phones. Great phone for someone on budget!

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased the Moto G Play as a temporary phone (old iPhone died) until the iPhone 13 Pro Max came in - (an estimated 6 week wait). It was the least expensive smart phone at Best Buy but it is in no way a cheap phone. The phone performed well. Nice screen, features, easy to use, and a decent size too. I passed the Moto to my son (his phone had a very bad cracked screen) once the iPhone came in and he loves it.

Great unlocked phone

It took a little time to get used to, since we have always had Apple phones in the past, but we needed an unlocked phone to be able to use for traveling to other countries. It is super easy to switch out the SIM card and it was really nice to have a local phone number on our recent trip.

EASILY BROKEN

The memory is great i have 130 apps on it currently. I only rate 4 stars due to the durability. When i bought the phone it felt heavy and seemed really durable. But already my screen is cracked and now i a im starting to have glitching issues after only dropping it one time. Yes its my fault but the device was not high enough from the ground to now be totally shattered. im purchasing a new device ASAP especially when i had a screen protector on it as well!! overall reliable fast network unlocked and dual sim.

You can find your repair options on this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/ and they include an extensive walk-in repair network that in many cases can provide same-day service, plus mail-in and some fix-it yourself options. Other Moto models much better

This phone took over a week to load all apps and update. I have owned several Moto phones, including G7 and loved them. This phone was a big letdown and I returned it, even though there was a restock fee. I bought the Moto G Stylus 2020 for just a little more money and it has 4 times the memory installed. Still a Motorola fan, just not the G Play 2021!!!
