    Great Budget Phone with Excellent Battery Life

    I purchased the Motorola Moto G Play (2024) in December 2025 and have been using it consistently since then. It’s been a solid and dependable budget phone for everyday use. Performance is smooth for basic tasks like calls, texting, browsing, and streaming, and the large display is comfortable to use. Battery life has been a standout feature—it easily lasts a full day without any issues. The camera performs well for casual photos in good lighting, and being unlocked made setup with my carrier very easy. Overall, it’s a great value phone that does exactly what it’s meant to do without unnecessary extras.

From start to finish, the service was top-tier. The rep listened carefully to my needs, asked thoughtful questions, and broke everything down in a way that made it easy to understand without being pushy. They made sure the phone matched both my lifestyle and my budget, and let me tell you, the Moto Play has been a game-changer! It's fast, reliable, and the battery life is better than I expected. I’m especially impressed with how smooth the setup process was—thanks to the rep’s expertise, I walked out the door fully connected and ready to go.     Good phone but

    When I first got the phone it was great but as the memory got low a lot of the app stopped working incorrectly like my alarm wouldn't go off in the morning and my GPS was just stopped working or tell me the wrong direction with the 5g version I did not have these problems but when you need an emergency phone for $100 you can't beat it

    The phone is working well and the service tech did a the good job transfering my data and apps from my old phone. The only issue that I have is that I was with the service tech for about 40 minutes and was charged $99.99. I really hope that your company didn't see me, a senior citizen, as someone to take advantage of.

    This was a pretty decent phone for my older mother to get used to a smart phone. The screen is large, buttons are easy to push. And it has survived several drops to the ground. I would recommend to phone.

    Phone works well! Good price. Slight glitch here and there but that also happens on my iPhone. Only thing wish this one had more storage.

    I travelled to USA first time every and my phone wasn't compatible with sim cards. I had to buy a phone and I didn't want to spend a lot. However, I wanted to take pictures. This phone is amazing I got it so cheap and works well. Thanks a lot Best Buy at W Pico Blv and special thanks to Jordan

    Very nice phone. No problems so far. Charges very quickly. Only issue is that it only comes with a USB charging cord and no wall outlet plug.

    Extremely good. Display quality: high refresh rate and good brightness make a big difference. PhoneArena +2 Long-term software support: phones that receive updates for many years are better value. Balance of features vs price: very good phone.

    It's a good phone. Unfortunately, I cracked it in the first few days. Great camera. Great battery life. The phone was in excellent condition before it was used.

    Helping Mom Stay Mobile

    I purchased this phone for my 83 year old Mom. She has the previous model, which was damaged. This phone had improved features from the previous model. I was able to set up bigger tiles on her home screen. This allows her to look at the photo nd call her frequent contacts. Working on getting her to manage text messages better. It was a good purchase at the best advertised price.

    I upgraded. I'm not on my phone much so the 24' model fit my use well. There were some software updates, offered bigger memory, longer battery life all for a faster performance. Overall, I'm very pleased with my new purchase.

    I've owned a few Motorola phones in the past and liked the quality of the voice and ease of texting. Recently, I needed more apps, so I purchased this one for the 64GB. The phone works well and it is reasonably priced. The sound quality and ease of operation are good.

    Great phone for the price. Best Buy helped me move my data, contacts, email, ..etc. They even showed me security features I didn't know were included. Great product and customer service.

    My 2024 Moto G phone is a huge improvement from my old phone. The Geek Squad was helpful getting things transferred and explaining features new to me. The individual on the phone locked in the sale price at the end of its run so I could still save a few $$. Thank you Best buy.

    Great affordable basic phone

    Good inexpensive phone, paid $130, that does the basics well. Screen is bright and sharp. It only has 64GB, but added 128GB SD card for $15 more for pictures. It only has one camera so zoomed and low light pictures look noisy and pixelated. Battery lasts a couple of days with moderate use. I like that the power button is also the fingerprint scanner, so it unlocks fast. Phone updated to Android 14 right after I got it. It is only 4G LTE on T-Mobile, but I don't see the difference compared to 5G It is a good replacement for a lost phone. It didn't want to spend for all the bells and whistles.
