Phone needs to have microphone almost pointed at, and right next to, mouth. Phone does not allow editing of contact favorites. If one is mistakenly inserted, the only way to remove it is to delete the contact and then reinsert it. You cannot be selective in deleting text messages; you can't keep the recents and delete the older. It's all or none. You can't do partial deletes on phone calls; it's also all or none. Phone came with numerous unwanted apps I had to delete or disable. Figuring out the volume controls for ring, media, phone, etc., is still annoying. The only one straight forward is for the alarm. I'm not a fan of Samsung, but their products seem more user friendly. Why do all you tech companies think that it's so bad to share formats? The one thing I did like, once I got used to it, is the screen shot. Didn't need it, but was a nice option.

Last phone crashed but the transfer was easy and has a good charge on it. Good value for the money. Video quality is nice. Little bulky for my preference. Not a bad investment.

It replaced an older Motorola phone that I had so I was already familiar with the brand. It does everything that I need it to do. Calls, texts, and pictures.
