We know how disappointing it is to crack the screen. While we do not cover physical damage, you may consider getting it repaired for a fee. You can find your repair options on this link: https://motorola-global-portal.custhelp.com/app/mcp/service/ and they include an extensive walk-in repair network that in many cases can provide same-day service, plus mail-in and some fix-it yourself options. You will find an interactive map that allows you to find a carry-in center convenient to you. We recommend contacting the repair center to ensure they are prepared for your specific issue. - Mike

Sorry to hear this report, Rose. This is part of the latest Android OS default gesture navigation update. However, if you prefer the previous Android navigation controls with the back button, you can revert back to those navigation settings by going to Settings > System >Gestures > System navigation > Select “3-button navigation.
