Do not buy refurbished phones

Looked like brand new and it worked great for a week. Lost all data and then wi-fi. I thought it was a SIM issue so when i finally had a day off I took it to Verizon. They opened it up and it was filthy so they cleaned it up and put in a new SIM. Then it worked for about a day when it suddenly went down again. well running all my errands and family around, i located my receipt and took it back to best buy for an exchange. they did a network reset and it worked for about 10 minutes. They wouldn't exchange the phone because they have a hard 14 day policy. Even with the receipt, its not even been 30 days since I bought the phone and that's that. I do not recommend buying refurbished phones from best buy, its cheaper but not BEST.

Good if you need a cheep emergency phone.

It could be a good Kids or emergency phone but defiantly not a primary one. 32 GB barely covers the operating system.
