I have to shut it down & restart to get it to work right again. Better than what I had but still a little disappointed.

Phone giving me problems

I think her name was Diana. The phone however is not. It has a full charge, but I can't bring up a screen. I will bring it in to have it checked out.

I had to go back to the store needing help on how to use some of the features. At times I'm still struggling with it but I'm past the time of being able to return it.

Bad reception

The cell coverage is really poor. The coverage in my home has always been a little weak (Cricket) but I rarely missed calls or had dropped audio with my previous phones. Now it's almost impossible to carry on a conversation without the audio dropping out or the call dropping all together. I simply swapped the SIM card so I'm going to check with Cricket to see if maybe the card needs to be replaced, but I doubt that's the problem. Also I don't like the additional length of this phone. It makes it unbalanced to handle in one hand.
