I have always loved the Motorola brand; but in the last year i have had 3 motos, and they have been nothing but trouble. This particular phone appears to be easily hacked (mine was hacked inside of a day); they are difficult to factory reset and appear to be magnets for malware. Thank god for the Geek Squad-- but this thing seems to exhaust even their patience and skills. Avoid the headache and get a Samsung or Pixel.

Not Worth It

I lost all of my contact list and all of my memos, which was important information like doctor appointments, etc. Then, I tried to attach the phone to my hp laptop in order to import the pictures from my phone and the laptop won't recognize the phone from any of the 3 USB ports. Also, this phone is extremely slick and top heavy with long buttons on the side, so holding it up to your ear is hard to do without accidentally pushing one of the side buttons or hanging up accidentally. I have also dropped the phone several times and now the screen is cracked. I have never had such a problem simply picking up the phone and answering a call. I wish I had returned it when I could have.

User Un-friendly device

I get a call, touch answer multiple times and can't answer the call. Or, I open the camera and just move the phone slightly and camera app closes. Or, I set the screen to stay on for 2 minutes and it goes blank at 30 seconds.

Bad signal strength

My 2020 works great, this one had lots of issues. I got one for my wife and daughter to get them off expensive iPhone with bad batteries. They went back to iPhone.

Loses service when I haven't even moved as well as not being able to hear people on the other end of a call, whether it be them calling me or me calling them. I've had this phone barely a month and I just switched to another phone completely.
