It works for a cheap phone and the price. Though it states 48mp on the back camera images are not very good, they tend to come out blurry. The phone is hard to see outside even on cloudy days. The phone software seems to clumsy and does freeze a lot.

Unlocked it was supposed to be. Locked it seemed to me. My SIM card was unread , causing me return it. I was filled with remorse of my cell phone choice. I became less happy than I could have been had my phone only done that phone call thing. A sad experience that forces me to conclude it just was a mistake to accept a phone sold as unlocked that really was not. My T-Mobile SIM card was listed as among those compatible but no excitement no joy was to be. Electronic Isolation no calls to make no calls to return. A lesson to learn I don’t know, but a working phone is a necessity for me.

It's a *fair" cell phone product for the price. Battery life is quiet poor, it doesn't even last a day, if you are actively using phone, you must recharge after a few hours. Not practical.

According to the Best Buy and Verizon team this phone has a faulty antenna. That means you will drop all bars and signals, including wi-fi, and be left with a useless piece of metal that only makes emergency calls. The camera is horrific. People look like little blobs of clay unless they are standing no more and no less than 6 feet away.

great phone, however i got the wrong version (Verizon). if y'all want to unlock the bootloader, get the global or t mobile variant. stay far away from Verizon or AT&T & their MVNOs, for said activity is frowned upon. don't cheat yourself, spend extra money to activate later instead of activating now. congrats, now y'all know the GOLDING SECRET to avoiding the predatory sales mobile carrier trap! anywho, for the average users, disregard.

I don't know if the phone I got is defective or its just like that, but it loses connection with the network from time to time even when sitting in one place. I moved the SIM card to my iPhone and connection was never lost. I understand its a budget phone, but not being functional at all times its unacceptable. I will return it and get something else.

First, the cashier used my "upgrade" but didn't give me the $50 credit and I didn't notice until weeks later. Second, the phone's battery gage is all screwed up. Crappy experience with the store and the product. I don't recommend either and I'm closer to recommending against either than neutral.

Do not buy this phone. It is heavy, you can feel the vibration of sounds from a video or speaking with other, when held in the palm of your hand. The pics are are and that is why I give it a 1 star. Also, it is a problem to transfer the images from the phone to your computer. I have noticed a lot of times some of the tabs eg "to skip and ad" can very difficult to press. Too many problems, it is not worth the price.
