It works, but it's disappointing
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The Moto G7 Power will always be the superior of the power line of Motorola phones. The 2020 Power was not bad, but definitely a slight downgrade from its predecessor. The 2021 version is downright disappointing. This thing cannot take what I consider to be reasonably above average use. I'm not a heavy video watcher or mobile gamer, I mostly do text, social media, and shopping. Most days, I'm down to 30% by the end of the day after a full charge. It's just not worth it. I'm glad mine was free.

I was on hold with the IRS TWICE FOR AN HOUR EACH TIME, and this phone dropped my call. Scheduling my COVID vaccine, THIS PHONE DROPPED THE CALL! I created a Best Buy account just to review this phone because it has caused so much harm. I've had Motorola phones for over 12 years and most of them I've kept for more than four years. This is NOT a Motorola phone.

Not working with Verizon prepaid

Phone recognized sim as VZW, but Verizon network refused to connect it. It appears Verizon Prepaid may not recognize the phone. I hope to get in touch with Verizon service to verify they support.
