Great phone with big and nice display in spite of not being FHD. A bit heavy but at the cost of big screen and excellent battery time.

I replaced a Samsung phone with this because I kept dropping calls at home and everywhere. The Motorola has been excellent with calls. I never drop calls anymore. They sound strong and clear. The other features are good too. I really don't use the camera much. The Moto is a very good phone at a fantastic price.

Pros: Runs fast, very long battery life, good wifi and 4G performance with Verizon. Big screen, good photos and video, streams video and audio well. Added a 64GB microsim for lots of extra storage space. Cons: Not compatible with as many apps as Samsung Galaxy and iPhone.

Definitely the very best purchase I have made in two years. This is by far, the best cell phone I have ever purchased. I will keep it and use it until it runs no more, and then I'll upgrade this same phone. It runs extremely efficiently and the battery lasts forever. I keep everything on it including Amazon prime movies. It's in constant use. The days of carrying calendars and large book bags just to have everything I need are over. All I need is my beautiful blue phone. Hello Moto!!

The phone was a replacement for my son who had recently broke his phone. It was cheaper than using my carriers insurance. He liked the color and the design. The features are good enough for him. Nothing too fancy but it has enough memory to do the things that he wants So overall I'm pretty satisfied with the purchase. One more thing is that I had a previous version of this phone many years ago and I was really happy with it. The default ring tone was the thing that sold me on it.

In the past year I have purchased 2 moto unlocked phones and they both went dead in a 6 month period, I am giving it one last time, since I haven’t used this purchase yet I am taking it over seas to use with a SIM card can’t rate it just yet just keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes well when I am ready to use it.

This is my first smartphone so I have nothing to compare it to. It is somewhat confusing to me and I have not been able to get consistent results with it. The display is good. The cameras seem to work well and the sound is good. I m disappointed that Best Buy could not provide more initial support for a newbie.

Purchased it but came defected. Purchased a different one else where and its a down grade from last years version. still a awesome phone but if you have the 2020 model stick with it. Only thing I like better on 2021 model is longer screen and it seems to be a bit thin. The bad is only running android 10

I love this phone. It does everything I need it to do. Motorola has hit a home run IMHO. The pictures I have taken are just off the charts, color clarity and depth of field are true to life. The audio on the phone is clear as a bell, Mssr.Bell & Watson, would be amazed and pleased to boot. I love that it’s op is “Android”, let’s just say it works for me! If you are an APPLE fan, get an iPhone. Me I’ll just stick with LG, and leave it at that.

    worst phone I've ever owned

I've had this phone for 9 months. I'm replacing it today. It is by far the worst phone I've ever had the displeasure of owning. 32GB of memory - HA! I can't do anything on this phone without being prompted to delete an app for more memory. I got an SD card for photos and whatever else, but it has barely helped. According to my storage settings, "system" is taking up 23 GB of the supposed 32 GB. There is not option to disable system apps you do not use/need (like YT Music). The lag is unbearable. To take a photo, I have to relaunch the camera 2-3 times before it recognizes I want to take a photo. My phone will say full service, and still not load anything. Meanwhile, others on the same phone plan with apparently much better phones can stand next to me and navigate through any app requiring service with no issue. The only redeeming quality about this phone is the stellar battery life. So if you need a phone to stay charged for three days to make phone calls and send texts, and have no apps, no navigation, and no camera, then this would be the one for you.
