    Amazing device for the price

This phone has been very reliable for me. The battery lasts about 3 days depending on what I am doing on it. I do not have any issues with it. It got an unnoticeable orange stain at the bottom edge of the screen, but I think that might have been due to damage from dropping it. The device is fairly quick for my use, I only watch HD videos and browse the web on it. It takes a while for the camera to respond when I open the camera app. I think this might but because of how many files I have stored on it. I create a lot of pdf's on this phone for school and 64GB is more than enough for all my pdf's. There's still room to install a bunch of apps. For $200, this device has been great for school.

    Motorola is my Favorite Brand

I prefer Motorola phones over other brands for several reasons but my primary is you can set and use multiple timers at the same time. I cook a lot and I often have several dishes going at the same time and as small as it sounds, being able to run several timers at the same time is a deal maker for me. Sometimes I'm running the sprinklers while I'm cooking and I can manage that and many other things all on one device. Also, the prices are amazing for me. The phones are competitive to all other phones on the market in my price range for size, battery hours, and capabilities. I've used these phones for years and I will continue to do so. Also, I like buying my phones from Best Buy b/c I get the best deals/prices for many of my electronics.

Can't really do better for the price. This phone retails at $250, which is already a steal, but at Best Buy, they were only charging $170, with a further $40 off for some reason, so I got the phone for $130.00, plus tax. It's an excellent phone for my needs. My previous phone was a Motorola Droid Maxx, and I'd had it over 6.5 years before finally needing to upgrade. The Motorola Moto G Power (2021) was the perfect choice. Much better camera and much more space than my old phone had, but still easy to use, and with all the functions I need in a smart phone. The touch screen was a little too sensitive for me at first, but once I put on a screen protector, it was just right. Zero complaints.

Works great. This is the first 'unlocked' phone I ever purchased. Battery life is very good....lasts all day with heavy use (like all day viewing websites and managing photos) Prices have gone down on this phone so it is a good buy.

I have purchased many Moto phones. They are all great for the price. The 2021 g power is quick and takes great photos. The battery is good also. The battery may last three days if you don't use it for anything. So far it is about two days with average use. I would definitely recommend this phone. I don't see how a thousand dollar phone could be any better.

but it's a shockingly powerful device under a super budget-friendly price tag. Honestly, I was blown away how much this could handle. The camera has its moments, but isn't terrible, either. Also love the fact it's NOT 5G and has expandable storage. Please never stop making phones exactly like this model. As far as the stylus goes, I could take it or leave it. Sometimes it's nice to have, but I honestly purchased this phone due to the storage and other specs.

Was not disappointed in this purchase at all. This phone is snappy with plenty of space. The camera array is impressive for this price. Bought this phone for my son and he is overjoyed compared to his last phone (an older Motorola). The only thing I wish it had is wireless charging. Should also be noted that it doesn't have a compass, but honestly how often is that really important?? Definitely recommend this phone for this price range. Excellent battery life. Even with heavy use it lasts all day. With normal use, 2+ days easily.

I had gone through a living hell trying to replace an old Moto Z2 Force phone which was no longer being supported by Tracfone (the SafeLink carrier) Even though they made my phone unusable, they refused to replace it! I did not have a link and I did not feel safe so I had to suck it up and buy an unlocked phone. While the Best Buy sales associate was unable to confirm that this phone would be compatible with my SafeLink account, he did go well out of his way and tried. I have learned not to place much stock in Best Buy employees but I found that this one particular employee did the absolute best that he could despite the dodgy service I come to expect from Best Buy. I decided to take the gamble provided I could return the phone if unusable. I was shocked to discover that Best Buy would charge a restocking fee if I did return the phone - a sum that amounted to roughly a third of the price! Needless to say, I cannot recommend ever doing business with Best Buy but due to healthcare issues, I needed to make a purchase, asap. To my pleasant surprise, I was able to install my TracFone/SafeLink sim card and after securing the phone through my Google account, the phone worked beautifully! I don't live on the telephone and have a wonderful Leica for taking pictures. I'd no sooner listen to music on a cell phone than eat convenience store sushi but this phone's camera is awesome enough and the headphone jack feeds my pro-level, power-hungry headphones with crisp, clean audio. Every other phone I have owned drained power just on account of it being a phone. This phone seems not to know it's on unless I am actively surfing, texting, or making calls. Going 3 or 4 days without charging is the norm. It is a heavier phone than some but I'd like to think my portal to the free world has some heft! It is a nice solid phone with a responsive screen. The finish is not slip-proof but inasmuch as phones should be in protective cases, that is not really a big deal. I would, and have recommended this phone to friends but not without mentioning that It can be bought elswwhere.

I love it it's the best phone I have ever had and this is my 2nd one in a row. I only got a new one cuz the screen is a little bit bigger and the camera is better than the older model. The Motorola is by far better than the Samsung, Google etc etc. The battery life is unbelievable the phone is fast you can use split screen it has enough memory to run my business etc etc fast easy durable, what more can I say. If you have a Samsung or anything else switch to this on and you will not be disappointed and it's half the price or less than any of the competitors. Best kept secret and cell phones! -Adam

Good phone for the price. Isn't going to wow you out the gate but I found a lot of little features I don't even see on my Samsung. I love the live caption! It will even display text from my phone calls! Can't beat that. I've had it for 2 years now and it still runs great too. Price is great and this is a good phone if you don't care about brand loyalty or having the most up to date stuff. I gave this to my kid but I use it when needed and am glad I made the purchase instead of buying something more expensive that I would have to treat like a baby.

This is a great value for a phone under $200. If you want stellar pictures this isn't your phone...they are good to very good, but obviously not as good as phones costing 3-4x as much. Otherwise, the screen works for my needs, it has decent speed, and the battery is crazy good (2+ days of average use easily without charging). Because of the tremendous battery the phone is noticeably, but not objectionably, heavier than some.

This is an older device using a budget processor and bare minimum ram so it is meant for the most basic tasks. Tends to lag very badly using GPS for example. Cameras are only usable in the best lighting. Other than that great size and feel. Love the headohone jack and expandle storage. Battery life is excellent. I would only recommend this if you find it on sale and need a basic phone.

Thank you for sharing your feedback, Elias2127. We're sorry to know that you're experiencing this on your phone. We'd like to help. Lags are sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. If the concern persists, kindly go to this link Next > Display/Touchscreen > Phone is slow/unstable and try the recommended steps there. Should there be any further inquiries, please do not hesitate to email supportforums@motorola.com. We'll be glad to help. -Mitch MotorolaMobility

I got this phone to replace a Note 3 and so far it does everything that I want it to do. I wanted a new phone that was better than my old one with long battery life, water resistance, because my wife cleans everything with lysol because of covid, a good speaker for meetings, and reasonably priced. I was in Mexico for vacation and my wife had a moto z4 and her reception was better than my old phone, so I switched from Samsung to Moto. So far I am happy with the phone, it does everything I need and is faster than my Note 3. I mainly use my phone for watching the markets, trading, the internet, hotspot, email, checking the weather, whatsapp, and a few other apps. The screen size is good, being longer than my old phone is a plus. There hasn't been much to complain about, sometimes I have to swipe up more than once and the left swipe for back sometimes messes up scrolling a website to the right. I don't have 5G in my area so not having it, isn't an issue for me. This isn't the Rolls Royce of phones, but you can buy 6 of them instead and still be happy.

Great Basic Phone For Low Price

The Moto G Power 2021 (64gb) is a great basic phone with two day battery life. Call quality on the MetroPCS/T-Mobile network is excellent. Netfix movies look very good, but the built-in speaker is not movie quality. Movie audio with high quality earbuds and bluetooth speakers is fine. The phone was slowed down by a series of software updates over the first week or two. After all the software was fully updated, the phone runs smoothly. The 64gb version is reputed to run better than the 32gb version. It does not have the muscle to run the sort of high powered games designed for $1,000 phones. I only need to charge the battery two or three times a week unless I am binging a Netflix show. The camera works well outdoors in good light. Indoors, colors seem muted. Best Buy often has this phone on sale for a low price. No phone under $200 can match its battery life and overall quality.

This is an excellent mid-level phone. It has features found in phones costing over four times as much. It has 64 gig onboard storage which is expandable with a memory card. The 48 mega-pixel, triple lens camera system with macro, is the best I've seen industry wide, delivering incredible, crisp pictures even in low light with it's night vision setting. This is a huge phone with 6.6 inch edge to edge screen. The 5000 mah battery has lasted over 3 days with regular use! I'm enjoying learning all this phone does, and would highly recommend it. You get far more than your money's worth in the Motorola G-Power 2021 series...

I love the Motorola budget phones because they offer acceptable performance at nearly unbeatable price points, and hold up surprising well. Although they may get slow and clunky over time, I don't need them to do anything crazy like mine Bitcoin or run Skyrim, so I'm happy with their performance, and when they do finally give out, there's no regret over having paid a fortune for them and replacing them is easy and affordable.
