Great Quality Phone

They were from an online Black Friday add. Excellent choice for the price. 128 gigs and 4 rams. They replaced our older Motorola phones we got from Best Buy 3 years ago. Unlocked, so we can change carriers whenever we want. Best thing is the price was under $200. The qualities of Motorola phones are overlooked.

Slowness is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background; use your Recent Apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. For the glitches that you are encountering on your device, have you tried to check if you have the lastest software update on your device? Go to Settings > System > Advanced > System updates. You may also check all the apps if they are all updated. Doinga soft reboot may help it also, press and hold the power button for 10-20 seconds.
