Sadly, Motorola has moved away from the Qualcomm Snapdragon and given this phone a cheap, slow, Mediatek processor. Really sad that between that and a glitchy lock screen, this otherwise fine phone is kinda terrible. Honestly the camera isn't great either but its okay. I made a mistake buying this and due to it being outside the return period, I'm going to have to pay as much again for a REAL phone (probably going with a Samsung A14, currently only $200 at this establishment, Snapdragon processor, 5g, better all around I hope)

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. A very good android phone

She is in Africa and so far she is not complaining about the phone. I tried it for 2 weeks before sending it to her and it was a good phone and great price too.

If your downgrading the system and processor takes a few seconds to accomplish commands. Over all its a nice device. Functions well just give it a few extra seconds compared to a high end device.
