You were way cheaper than Verizon and they won't price match. The salesman was friendly and courteous. The phone itself is a good phone. Battery life has been awesome. With Google and Moto, the setup and transfers were easy. Still tweaking it some but so far I like the phone. I know there are better aka more expensive, phones out there. But I've always been an android gal and refuse to spend a house payment on a phone. :-) This phone does the job for me.

Bells and whistles

No bells no whistles. I saw people using fancy phones. My budget would not allow me to get too many bells or too many whistles. So I got the Motorola. I'm paying for it but, I just love these bells and whistles.

Great portability and quality build!

Previously, a Samsung fanatic, those phones' screen would just crack/shatter too easily. The screen on this phone has survived many falls without a scratch/crack. Great build quality. Boots up in under 30 seconds.
