great for the price

The phone is just one 100$ and it works like a phone at that price. The only annoying aspect of the phone is that it is slow to open apps or load webpages sometimes. Other than that it's the best bang for you buck in phones

Owned for 4 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After my 2020 model Power G started dying rapidly and a hard reboot didn't help, I pre-ordered the 2022 model thinking it would be just as great as the one I had. Well, right out of the box I started having a faster battery drain than the 2020. The apps were slow to load and the sound sucks. When I touch an app, I usually have to touch it twice to get it to recognize. The screen is larger, but it's really not because it has a black frame around the whole screen which gives you less visibility. It's just plain stupid. I miss my old phone with it's amazing, almost surround sound. Best Buy makes you sign something that states that if you return a newly purchased phone, they'll charge you $45. Now I understand why. If you choose the wrong phone, you've got to be willing to take the hit to return it. For a $200 phone, I decided to keep it. If I could have exchanged it for a brand new 2020 Power G, I would have in a heartbeat. I honestly don't know if I'll buy another Motorola when this one dies. If I do, I am done with the Power G line.

Just a basic user and don't spend a lot of time on the "extras". This phone has everything I need and much more. Good battery life. This is my second moto g power and am completely satisfied ... Until it's about 2 years old then need to upgrade but that's ok too due to reasonable cost of the phone.

Phone screen protector and case.

Dropped my phone 5 days after I purchased it and the darn screen cracked.

He was looking for a low cost phone, but a smart phone to use until Sept and this one fit the need.

I do not like that the back cover started to fall apart from the main body after one year and half. I did not damage the phone, It did this itself.

Worst Smartphone I've Ever Owned

I read the specs for this Moto G Power (2022) and thought it would be a nice upgrade for a very good price. Oh my was I WRONG! This thing is so freaking slow!!! Half the time it won't even show Facebook reels or Youtube clips without stopping to spool and spool and spool til I finally just give up!!! I've deleted many apps including Facebook and updated to Android 12 and cleared the cache on many of the apps and the slowness is just BRUTAL. Too bad BestBuy only has 15 days to return a device. I REALLY regret my decision. I'd be better off with my older Moto G with the cracked screen. This phone is just plain terrible!

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using.
