When I went to Best Buy and asked for the cheapest price phone with a dual SIM card, this phone is the one. Great sound, and easy to operate.

To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated. Meanwhile, you can also try resetting your app preferences. This will reset your notification settings and default apps, but your data will remain intact. Simply go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (three dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. Let us know.
