Sure, the reviews were harsh, but I just need the basics, I mean it can't be that bad... well, it's that bad. All of the reviews are spot on. I am not a huge phone guy, so this isnt a deep dive, but its very slow for 2023 - on the most basic of use, no games, videos, etc. Return it, trade it in, or smash it... that is what i sent to a friend two days ago. How a phone can be this bad is shocking. And the battery which they love to promote, is average at best. I made a bad purchase.
