This one was purchased as a backup for basic use/2FA etc. It has a long battery life and nice screen. Only downside is some stuttering on games I wouldn't normally consider resource-intensive, but it wasn't really purchased for that reason so I'm fine with it. Camera is pretty good and the large screen is nice for viewing as well.

At the time I bought this phone, it was the most reasonably priced phone I could find and I was told it was quite reliable. If this phone had continued to work well past about 2 years, I would like it better. It has slowed down and often programs stop working while I'm still trying to do something. Occasionally the whole phone freezes up and must be re-started. Other than that it is a good phone, with good battery power, and doesn't run out of charge before the end of a day unless I overuse it a lot. I recommend it because it's probably as good as a person could get for the price, but I wish there was a simple phone that would work well for longer.

I am very pleased with with my product, so far so good! Also love the 128gb memory and its water resitant. This cell is perfect for me. I highly recommend purchasing this item from best buy.

The phone meets my needs, it is a little slow, so i would not recommend for someone who is wanting to game alot, or is app dependent. The battery life is amazing on it. The bloatware is highly anyoing. Is does tend to freeze up if you have more than 4 apps open. If your needing a smartphone for basic tasks this is the perfect phone.

If there is a better budget smartphone with 128 gb memory that I purchased for $230, I would probably not buy it. Then maybe again I would. Anyway, this smartphone has what I've been looking for. Though opening apps are a bit slow, it doesn't bother as much as if I couldn't add more apps to my phone. I've been buying Motorola G series smartphones (with the exception of the Moto G power 2021) for 5 years now. I love the fact that I could use FM radio without turning on Wi-Fi or my data. The Moto G power 2020 was the best smartphone I ever had, but since it was 64 gb, I couldn't add any more apps to it without deleting them. I'm still hoping that they would add NFC to the G series, but no big deal.

For the price of this phone, the features you would expect to see in a $500+ phone. Good battery life. 90hz screen. A better than average camera set. Resoltion is average but this phone can do mpre than the average phone. In my eyes this is 100% a buy in my book. Constant updates keeps security good. Front facing camera makes out a non pixelated face. Gaming is fun as well on this device for games that support 90hz.

Good for the price I got it at, surprising amount of storage on it as well. Great battery life so far. Did come preinstalled with some garbage I never use, but it was easy enough to uninstall. Transferring my data and contacts was painful.

My wife and I recently purchased this Moto G Power for my mother in law. I read an article that it was a good senior friendly cell phone at an affordable price. It has a large screen and is pretty easy to use. She seems to be happy with it so far.

I bought for my 78 year old grandma for tmobile we have. We got it on sale which was great. I have a samsung galaxy s22 ultra and in comparison its really good. Especially for the $182 price i paid for a $250 plus tax phone. It has larger buttons which is great for her. Has decent camera for low mid level phone. 128gb and still can expand. Still can use headphones with which is great for her. Battery lasts her awhile, she uses Facebook, messenger, calls texts, plays games, googles things. ( Typical things ) overall i think is great phone for anyone

For the price and the amount of storage you get, this is a good pick-me-up phone or travel phone. I'm an iPhone user but I like Android much better. I bought this to replace my Google Pixel 3 which finally died out. This is a good phone as a side arm if you're a power user. I wouldn't make this a main phone. But it depends on who you are and what you do. If you're always on the go fast, then probably use this for storage and light social media. This phone would be 5 stars if they used a better chip but that's probably why it's lower priced. Another good thing about this phone is that it doesn't leave fingerprint marks everywhere. Always looks clean on the back.

So much better than my old one. The battery lasts far longer than my old one ever did--days. I also like the gesture for opening the camera--so often we miss great moments because it takes too long to get into the camera. I got it on sale and the price was very reasonable, and customer service was excellent!

I wanted a new unlocked phone and got this one, it is the 3rd Moto phone I have had. I like the screen size, battery life and features. The main thing I do not like is that it is hard to see the screen when I'm outside, even in the shade.

I needed an inexpensive reliable phone without all kinds of extra apps. This fits the bill. Better battery than moto g6. Not a great camera, but good. I would recommend for those in the same situation.

Great phone screen size camera and battery are all excellent

I am a faithful Moto customer until perhaps now. This last one I had high hopes for but it's been harder to work with than the prior four models I had. They are so durable and resist damage etc. They are easy to use normally. This one took way longer to install and still does things I'm not expecting when it should be so easy. Perhaps it is the settings are different but it is not as user friendly especially considering it's my fourth one in the line. Normally the switch is a breeze but this time it was not. The battery does appear to be fine and once you get used to the third of the battery being another day rather than, get to a charger fast, you're good to go.

This is a good phone for the price. Updates to the current Android version. Not as smooth as high end phone but still good and has a good camera. The battery seems seems to last a very long time.
