    Product is good. However, buying it from the best buy was not a good experience. There were no salesperson around the phones section. The one at the counter was busy with the other customer for longer and was least interested in letting me know about my expected wait time. Had to figure out someone ,who finally helped in buying. This type of experience is my second worst bestbuy experience. In first too, there was no one around to sell phones. So I went home, ordered online, and then went back to the store for the curbside pickup.

    Phone works well but still trying to figure all of the tricks. I am disappointed in Best Buy because they closed out my prior account so I had to open another and lost my points. I could have used another card and received points. The 10% discount I received for a very short period of time was only for "regular" priced items and everything I might have bought was on sale.

    This is a solid phone. Great for the price. Had everything you need. The camera isn't great compared to some of the high end phones, but still a good phone.
