This phone has problems working as a *phone*

I haven't positively identified the cause, but it seems like it happens most after using Bluetooth. The only temporary remedy is to reboot the phone. I sent in to Motorola for warranty repair or replacement and they just sent it back claiming everything is fine. I may send it again, but am concerned they will continue to waste my time.

Posted .Hi Nathan, we're sorry to hear that you got a concern with your Moto G Power. Since the device has been already sent to our warehouse and our Technician didn't find anything wrong with your device. Have you contacted already your carrier about this concern? For now, you can try to Boot the device in Safe mode: It starts the device without any third-party apps running. To boot into Safe mode, press the physical power key, touch and hold Power off, and touch OK when Reboot to Safe mode appears. While in Safe mode, please check and observe if the same issue persists. To go back to Normal mode, you'll need to restart the device. I hope this is helpful. -Ythan

We were on vacation and it was not convenient to have only one working phone, whenever we happened to be separated. Once we're back home, will return to BestBuy and seek a replacement. So far, this one is far below Samsung in features, and has clunky interfaces. Wouldn't recommend!

Not worth anyone's time or money

The phone really is nothing great. It is super slow in every aspect. Its also quiet bulky once you add a cover. Not having 5G is really not up to par anymore and the phone is in desperate need of more RAM and Processor capability. Returned it and got a Pixel 6a which is amazing...
