I had to replace another Motorola after it got smashed at work. I was excited for this one. I am very very disappointed. The pictures are fine for close up but if you have to use any zoom, the quality drops really fast. Almost to Kodak disposable camera quality. One the bluetooth, I have to re-pair the phone to our alarm system, speakers, the vehicles ect. If it was just one item once in a while, I could live with that.

Not Compatible With Assurance Wireless Services.

These Phones are not Compatibles with "Assurance Wireless at all" you need to call or go to the website then they will send you a phone free or at little cost. Sadly I had to send My Moto back to Best Buy for a full refund.

Apparently the phone clock stopped working and is stuck at a specific time. Battery life is not any better. The camera refuses to focus on anything unless it's 20 feet away. I think it's at the point we're Motorola needs to be contacted for a refund. This might be the worst product they've ever release. I've bought about 3 phones from this exact line and absolutely loved them. This one is by far the worst possible phone....RUN
