Phone hangs a lot

I upgraded from a samsung galaxy j3 orbit and this phone is everything I need, I can get the best games on it, its very responsive and overall I love it, I got it on total wireless and so far it works great, I get reception everywhere and I would recommend to everyone!, The one thing about this phone I wish it had was 5G.

I'm not a power user so I don't require a high-performance device. This phone does everything you need a phone to do and does it very capably with the latest features, and the battery lasts for days with modest use. So, for me, at this price point, it is the perfect balance of price, features and performance. Well done, Motorola!

No Long distance calling

I have been in every few weeks for 8 months to resolve a long distance calling issue. I am paying for LDC that I cannot use. The technicians could not figure it out. Finally 6 months in, I have one person who so happened to have the same issue. Apparently, Motorolla is aware that the LDC on this phone does not work for many of them and have not informed the providers, so I ended up changing my phone number and buying this phone outright in order to try to resolve the issue. Still not fixed. Turns out it is not a provider, sim or service issue. It is the phone. And Motorolla has not informed the technicians or fixed the problem in updates. I am now stuck with a phone that I can't use for the primary reason I purchased it. Do not buy if you need to be able to use the long distance calling.
