To help improve performance, please ensure Location is turned on and set to High accuracy mode in your settings. Clearing the cache and data of the Maps app can also refresh its performance. Worst Motorola Phone ever purchased. Factory reset fixed nothing, it's just a junk phone. Guess it's off to a Samsung.

Good, but not quite all there

When it came I think it was missing the plug that is needed to charge the phone. I don't know what might have happened to the plug, but since I had an older version plug, I just used it to charge the phone.
