Hi JonathanB, We’re sorry to hear about the difficulties you’re experiencing with the fingerprint sensor and battery life. For the fingerprint reader, we recommend re-registering your fingerprints in Settings > Security > Fingerprint, making sure your finger covers the sensor fully and keeping the sensor area clean. If you continue to experience sensitivity problems, testing with slightly different finger placement or angles may help. Regarding battery life, enabling Adaptive Battery, reviewing background app usage under Settings > Battery, and ensuring your device has the latest software updates can help improve overall performance. Sluggish performance can sometimes be caused by too many apps running in the background, so we recommend using your Recent Apps button to close apps you’re not using. It’s also a good practice to restart your device every 2–3 days to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent slowdowns.
