Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues. Bummed

Next day i found phone a whole $150.00 less. Best Buy penalizes $45 for a return... service was horrible as far as the purchase is concerned. Was literally told by sales associate he was on a personal break and if i wanted any information on the phone to just scan the code. Kevin just walked away!

To help improve performance, please ensure Location is turned on and set to High accuracy mode in your settings. Clearing the cache and data of the Maps app can also refresh its performance. When using GPS, try to be in an open area with a clear view of the sky so the phone can lock onto satellites more easily. Motorola - this is junk!

I purchased it on November 2, 2024...the battery life is non-existent. Charged the phone battery to 100% this morning at 8:30am - 3 hours later there's 28% battery usage left and this is with very minimal use of the phone (watched one music video and checked 3 text messages). The charger and phone also heat up when charging. Total waste of money. I have an appointment with Geek Squad this evening to see how this will be remedied. Policy says $45 to restock a returned phone, however I don't think this should be applicable if returning a defective cell phone.

Talk about a crashout

Battery life sucks, screen is insensitive sometimes, overly sensitive some other times. Constant system pop ups I cant defeat.. and the final straw - the dang screen cracked from being in the hot car.. Also the camera is worse than the 2020 Moto phone i had.. terrible ai, hdr is garbage and turns itself on every time. Even with gcam its sketchy. Waste of money
