Great phone but short battery life

I like it overall, especially the design, the camera, and the functionality. The only thing that's not great is the battery life, that's definitely too short for the use I make of it

I previously owned a Moto One 5 G Ace, and I love the features and the gestures but the phone did not operate properly. They got it right on this one. All the reviews you read on the technical stuffer correct, and the Moto Display that replace the Peek Display is great

This is a nice zippy phone with a long battery life. I have gone days with this phone without recharging. The phone has an sound jack and has an SD memory card slot. The performance is smooth for calls, texts, YouTube, and video chats—no lag or confusion with menus. My first 2025 replacement (same model) It inexplicably cracked on the corner within 3 days...before the case I bought through Best Buy arrived, which I mentioned elsewhere. Despite having the $179 guarantee, which provided this replacement, I was charged a $40 re-shelving fee. This phone is fast most of the time, and well worth it. However, the screen freezes at least once most days and the "power off" is tricky to locate. The photos are much crisper than the 2022. It doesn't seem to hold its charge as long as the 2022.

Good device, very speedy in operation

I have had a motorola for some time now and found that they are good phones. I had to finally replace my last one after many years due to not charging well and having the battery die quickly. There are a few changes to operating system or things I haven't found yet. It doesn't perform exactly like the older one in operation anyway. The speed and performance is much quicker than the previous device. Overall is seems to be a good phone.

It can easily go 2 1/2 days with no charging and I even use the battery saver option which only lets you charge it up to 80%. This helps maintain the life of the battery which is super important. For the money you simply can't go wrong.

The G Power has more RAM, but still the same processor, etc. It takes decent photos. It's a good work phone, but I'd get something more powerful for everyday / personal use. It struggled very hard recently, when off-roading in poor coverage... using multiple map apps + camera +Android Auto + Pandora. It crashed several times, rebooted, dropped connectivity with the truck, etc. I knew then, it's not a good phone if you need to rely on it. Only if you're in good coverage, and don't plan to work it hard. Then it's ok. I use it for a work phone, and it's fine for that.

So far satisfied will see, even though it's a big step down, other high price phones you paying for the brand name and few more whistles & bells.

Best phone under 300 bucks imo

It never overheats like some of the mid range exynos and Snapdragon chips I've used in the past. It looks amazing in green and the camera is very solid. The Vegan leather gives a high end feel and look to it. A+. If they switch to OLED next year they will get an A++ from me!!
