Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we're sorry to hear about your experience, Heavyoak. We understand how frustrating it can be when expectations around storage capacity aren’t met. While the phone does come with 128GB of internal storage, some of that is used by the system and pre-installed apps, which may reduce the amount of usable space available. Additionally, while microSD cards can expand storage for media files like photos and videos, Android has certain limitations when it comes to moving apps or app data to external storage. Hi Bayouboy, We're sorry to hear that your Moto G 5G Power 2025 isn’t performing as expected. Experiencing slowdowns or freezing can be frustrating. Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
