    didn't get to use that phone since it could not connect with the spectrum system. so can't rate it. so i had to get one directly..

    Phone came with a bad battery. It completely charges in 15 to 20 minutes once fully charged it only lasts for about 2 hours at the most. I've had the phone for about 3 weeks now . The phone is not brand new it was previously used or the battery wouldn't be so old the box wasn't sealed when I received it and Best buy made it real inconvenient for me I received it as a gift I called Best buy for an exchange they made it very difficult for me basically telling me if I didn't go out of my way to go to the store and exchange it cost me $40 and Uber they would give the money back to the person that bought the phone for me that's the best they could do. So no I don't recommend this phone it doesn't work good with the bad battery in it The screen has a blurry vision to it the pictures aren't good a bad battery really makes a difference in your phone's performance. Without me touching the screen it jumps to different screens all the time it moves around all by itself it has a bad battery in it what do you expect

    Most moto phone are really good. This is actually the third one in over 10 years but this one is not so good.

    Bought the Motto 5G powered 2025 to break back in to android after having a. Iphone for several years. I find this phones performance to be slow and seems to "hang up" or freeze often, sometimes having to close tabs because it will not respond. Missed the Best Buy return window or I wouldn't still have it.

Slow performance is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background. Use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
