My Old Cheaper Phone Was Better

It supposedly has a better battery than my old phone but it drains at least 3 times as fast with very little use. I have also gone down a list of troubleshooting to figure out why it will not send me notifications about 90% of the time. Do not disturb is not on. I have checked every setting. I'm constantly missing notifications about my front door and side door cameras because the phone just will not send me notifications. If I could return it and go back to using my old phone I would.

Moto G Power 2025

$300 and no one can hear me

As another reviewer stated, despite a 5G connection, no one can hear me clearly and this poses a problem since I use this phone for work. Motorola, please don't ask me to email you as I already spoke to your tech support and they said they would send a refurbished phone as a replacement. I did not pay $300 for a used phone. My past Motorola was fine but I cannot say the same for this model. There are better phones out there, but unfortunately this is not one of them.

Stopped charging and working

It has no damage whatsoever. This was for a 13 year old girl and now back to Monroe to see what can be done now. Do not recommend this phone to anyone.

Not good

Also weak construction cracked in my pocket cus my keys where next to it.

Too many glitches

Does not work with ATT 5G

Be aware of the return policy

I was very pleased with Anthony's service at Polaris in Columbus, Ohio. I ordered a case and screen protector from Best Buy at the same time that I purchased the phone. I still haven't received them. This would have only been an inconvenience, except that three days in, the corner of the phone chipped and the glass cracked. I never dropped it. I was able to get quick service again. I learned that if I hadn't purchased the $179 Protection plan, there would have been nothing they could do for me. Because I had, they replaced the phone, but I was charged a $50 re-shelving fee. I immediately ordered a case and screen protector from Amazon, which arrived the next day. I will return the one I bought from Best Buy if it ever arrives. I have always felt supported by Best Buy. Now I will think twice about another purchase. I will have to compare return policies with other vendors. My husband did want to buy the same phone. Now, we are not sure.
