I got for the features it has that I like, such a headphone jack, strong battery life, and OLED screen with 144hz refresh rate, but I quickly realized that it has major connectivity issues like Ive never experienced on any phone before. I frequently lose service in my own apartment (something that's never happened in the past), and even out on the road when I need GPS. The 5g service on it is basically non-existent, even tho it claims that it's there. I also get signed out of a lot of my apps every time I go to open them. This phone has been a headache since I purchased it and this "budget phone" isn't even worth the budget in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time.

great phone easy purchase

These open boxes are usually perfectly fine phones and are definitely the right price. Can easily register with my cellular service carrier. Or if you are traveling aborad and need a low cost phone to buy local Sim card its easy My son at college needed a phone fast so I purchased this through Best Buy site for Pick up. My son easily picked up the phone at his local Best Buy with the order confirmation email i sent him and he was back in business before his afternoon classes started
