Second defective Motorola phone purchased in the last 1 1/2 years from ABQ Best Buy, Phone cord was damaged and wouldn't charge my phone for over a week until I realized what was happening. Took more than a week to transfer docs, files, and photos using excellent WIFI because the phone sucks. Phone is buggy, takes you out of an app or webpage unexpectedly and freezes CONSTANTLY. The phone does what it wants to do whether I want it to or not. WORST PHONE EVER.

The phone is unlocked, and is completely compatible with my obscure carrier. Performance is 10/10. The amount of internal memory is perfect for having lots of apps and media, and it can be expanded further up to a terrabyte. No issues with the system or storage capabilities. The cameras are great for a phone of this budget. The phone is fast and snappy and can handle large size games online. The battery lasts a long time and charges twice as fast as my last phone. There is bloatware which can be easily uninstalled and disabled. The screen is large and sensitive. The phone is also comfortable in the hand and highly customizable. One thing I'd change is the location of the microphone jack, which is on the bottom. I ordered the white version and it is very pretty. There are also extensive varieties of phone cases available for this particular device. 10/10 would recommend. Will update review immediately if anything changes.

Not user friendly, WiFi/Internet bounces on and off or back and forth I've turned everything it says and nothing works. When this happens it lags bad and when I'm dashing it causes me to miss orders and directions on the map. It's slow and not ideal for more than 2 apps without failing to load. The camera is absolutey horrible too

Phone works great so far. But when you pay for a new phone and you're sent an open box/used phone, that's not right!!

Bought this phone to replace my failed Moto X4. After a couple weeks, great battery life, screen is clear and bright, very fast response, typically get 500Mbps or more on 5G. Getting used to the larger size but having the larger screen and larger physical screen area utilized is nice. Camera works well, have not tried the low light mode. Wish it was IP68 and a metal or glass case, but the PMMA back is surprising solid. I like the micro SD card slot also and 256GB memory. The phone shipped with Android 13 and there is some conjecture that Motorola will update the to Android 14, but that has yet to happen.

This phone packs of powerful punch, at an amazing price point. Using an almost stock version of android, it runs so smoothly and quick, allowing you to get everything that you need done. The battery life is amazing even through all day use. The compatibility with the latest networking technologies is amazing so even on Wi-Fi you get the fastest speed. Compatible with watches and other accessories is in an issue at all and I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member coming from any of the A-series Samsung phones. There is minimal bloatware unlike with Samsung where it bogged down the operating system, causing the phone to be slow. Motorola definitely did good on this one.

I've owned Moto phones before so when needing a new phone with 5G I was definitely in the market for another Motorola just for the gestures. The quick actions to open the camera and turn on the flashlight are my favorites. This model also had all the features and upgrades that I was looking for. Nice 1080P display along with more RAM and storage than my old phone along with a faster processor and stereo speakers. This phone checked all the boxes. It's been a little more than a month that I've been using it and I have no complaints. I'm really happy with it and the battery life is great.

This was a gift for my son - and he loves it. The screen is sharp, battery life is great, very responsive, connects to 5G, has a ton of storage, expandable storage, great camera as well - and I love the price point!

I say that this phone has what I need. The storage is good and ram is pretty decent. 120hz blows my mind at this price range. No problems changing it over to MetroPCS. Calls are great, especially with 5g. I'd say that this is the equivalent to getting a good Mid Range phone. It does lack wireless charging and nfc, but I don't use those features. Feels just like the the Moto Stylus without the stylus and it's more budget friendly.

I purchased the Moto G Power 2023 on sale at Best Buy at a great price. It was bought to replace the Moto G Power 2021 I owned previously. The 2021 had gotten submerged under water and the screen no longer responded to touches. Now, for the Moto G 2023: It is a great phone for $200: unlocked, 256MB of storage and 5,000 mah battery is just an amazing deal and it's very responsive for the price range. My Bluetooth earpiece connects quickly and I have had no issues with clarity and the range is great. I have read that the camera is not that good, particularly in dim light and that the screen is just average, but I am a blind user and for me this phone performs fantastically. I am able to use the 'Talk Back' on the phone, listen to music and use the GPS, all at the same time, without any notable delays or freezes. I have had some issues with 'Talk Back' interfering with other budget phones. Also, I find the Motorola specific (possibly patented?) physical phone shortcuts very valuable - the shake for flashlight (not for me, but when I hand the phone to someone who needs a light), the flip over for DND (do not disturb), the twist the wrist twice for the camera (again to hand the phone to someone else) and the tap the back twice to launch an app of my choice. I would say this phone is a great buy and I have recommended it to others looking to purchase a budget phone. The only possible issue is that it comes installed with Android 13 OS and it's supposed to have 1 upgrade within the lifetime of the phone, but I did not get an update with my Moto G 2021 (which had Android 11 installed and never upgraded to Android 12, but they did continue having security updates). It is a possible concern for security and app compatibility. One last thing, for people who NEED NFC for using transit pass or credit payment using the phone, this phone does not have 'Near Field Communication', so you will have to look for a different phone.
