Don't buy this phone it's junk I wouldnt buy this for my kids it's so bad I'm using it for 1 more week till my new phone comes in then this thing goes in a drawer somewhere

It has allot of bugs and issues. I like the last one I had to give up to geek squad because of the cracked screen but this one Oh no I immediately to a dislike to and still don't like it

Slowness is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.
