Avoid open box

The phone looked to be in excellent condition but once i got it up and running it turned out to be a nightmare. Thw phone has a number of issues. Sometimes it juat freezes and wont let me do anything. Sometimes it wont open apps at all. Orher times it will ioen apps juat to quickly close them out. Ive only had the phone for 19 days and it is pretty much useless beacuse it wont ket me do anything on it 99% of the time. I will never buy open box anything after this experience. Also there is only a 14 day return or exchange policy so that isnt an option and as for trade in they offered me $10. Completely useless.
