    Not at all happy with this phone. Mostly my fault, though. Had a previous iteration of this model, did not realize that with the newer model the specs had tanked and it was a pale imitation of it's former self. . . Streaming services (music/radio) crash continually. . . It is a miracle to listen to 20 or more minutes of content without it stopping suddenly and having to restart. Will be replacing this device at my earliest convenience.

    For what it is worth, phone is pretty slow and unresponsive. You are better of getting a year old flagship models from Motorla or from other brands which will be far more powerful than this.

    The information about NFC is not clear in the specifications when you open the qrcode. Furthermore, it is difficult to believe that a cell phone from 2023 does not have this technology on board. It was very disappointing! My last cell phone was a Motorola!! After that I gave up on this brand. I had to buy another one from Samsung.

    Not reality user friendly. It was purchased for a senior. They find it difficult to use. App icons dont make sense on some of items.

    The phone at times dose not hang up the call I push the red button to end call and nothing leaving a voicemail to whom I am calling..other then that I rate 70%

    I've had two moto g stylus phones in 3 years. Both died suddenly without any prior issue. This one lasted only 3 months, purchased in 9/23 died 1/24. They both just stopped charging and died...period! I like the phone and the slick design but the quality isn't worth the hassle and discounted price. Never again. You do get what you pay for.

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.     Bought this phone as an upgrade for my grandmother. She was excited it has a pen. I’ve done all the upgrades on it and more than 10 times she has had to restart the phone because people who call her can’t hear her due to the speaker not working.

    Don't waste your money! I didn't realize it wasnt 5G and it's slower than slow. Camera isn't as wonderful as they promote. Most of the time you can't answer, hear or talk on the dang thing. Very Frustrating to say the least. It does have a good battery
