    Phone didn't appear to be new upon receiving and instantly got very hot at top of phone . Also issues with screen being unresponsive.

    I purchased this unlocked phone as an emergency replacement since my phone died and I was about to travel. A week after purchasing it, the phone would freeze up but I thought it was a one time situation since I was out of the country. Unfortunately it shuts down the apps, the home page shows blank (even when the phone rings), and it still freezes. Do yourself a favor and don't even spend $25 because it does this ALL DAY.

    It's not a Motorola phone. It's a google phone. It immediately downloaded 46 apps, most of which were related to google. 30% of them you would never use, and 30% of them you can't even uninstall. Google immediately takes up a huge amount of memory. Navigation is horrible. Everything runs through google. It's such a horrible phone that they charge you a $45 restocking fee, even if you return it within the 14 day return period. Then if you want to buy an open box one, they knock $7 off the original price. Lot of ripoffs in the world. This is one of the biggest.

    I know it's a cheap phone but.. it's one of the slowest phones I've ever owned I have a Samsung phone from 2011 that's faster. Don't expect to multi task with this phone since it's only capable of having 1 app open at a time at best.! Oh yeah and it's 4g! Worst, most frustrating of an experience I've ever experienced owning a phone in my life.. it feels like I'm being transported back to when smart phones first came out back in 2008! Avoid unless you enjoy fits of rage dealing with a useless, slow poor excuse of a phone.

    The speaker and sound volume are not the best callers tell me I sound like I'm in a bubble or robotic. Other then the sound and volume everything else with the phone functions is great.

    Device worked well for the first week then became slow would freeze The only positive thing out of it was the stylist and some of the notepad features

Slow is sometimes caused by too many running apps in the background, use your recent apps button to close apps you're not using. It is also a good practice to restart the device periodically (every 2-3 days) to clear out buffers and memory that may lead to intermittent issues.     I want to love this phone but performance is bad

    Six months in I reverted to my broken phone form 2020. this a durable solid feeling phone, but the lag on basic tasks like web browsing and texting is unmanageable.

    After I use my phone in my car, which has Bluetooth, I have to restart my phone for people to hear me. I can hear them, but they can't hear me unless I restart it. Kind of frustrating!

This will revert your phone's network-related settings to the original state. It wipes saved Wi-Fi connections, Bluetooth devices, and VPN configurations on your phone.     Phone had to be reset because no one could hear you when you answered the phone. And mute was not on. Took it back to best buy and the only thing they could do is a factory reset.

    Best Buy needs to more informative

    The phone itself is nice but i was very upset to learn after i bought 2 of these phones and went to activate them through my Spectrum account that we should have been told when buying them that when you buy a phone at BestBuy you need to have one of the carriers that Best Buy uses such as Verizon or T-Mobile. I had to buy two new phones through my carrier and return the two i bought from Best Buy and cancel my protection plan which i had spent hundreds on.. very frustrating
