    It's very slow. It needs to be charged twice a day. My older phone was actually faster and needed less charging.

    I might two at the same time. One for my mom one for my dad. One phone is great, the other battery drains even though its not being used. I charged both phones and left them untouched all day. One phone was at 80% and the other at 10%. Very annoying to think you have something new yet it doesnt work.

    Very disappointed, had to return it the next day. I have had several Motorola Phones, Pure, Ace 5G, with the same carrier with no issues. This one couldn't find a signal, the migration of Data from old phone didn't take. The biggest problem was dropped calls and not being able to use my apps. Maybe that particular phone was defective? I went back to my Pure with no issues.

    This phone was horrible I've had problems with it ever since I purchased it it has already crashed buttons don't want to work on the volume up and down I'm already having to replace it

    Battery life is terrible, screen is smaller then the 2022 model, signal is absolutely pathetic, memory size is non existent. i should have never bought this phone and just dealt with the screen being crack on my moto stylus 2022 model

    The apps can not be organized and are difficult to locate. Contacts can not be customized, one ring tone for every contact and only one notification tone for all notifications. While I've been in an app and a call comes in, as I attempt to answer the call, it is sent into voice mail.

    Phone sucks. I missed the deadline to return it so I'm stuck with this crap. I hate it. Goes in and out of calls. The call drop noise plays I. The background of a new call. Never again will I buy an unlocked phone at this point I could've just went and leased it.

Ensure you are not using a case, cover, or screen protector that may be interfering with the proximity sensor.     Junk phone, used it for 4 weeks and became almost unusable. Apps crash, Bluetooth disconnects randomly.

      Hi NotSure, sorry to hear that your experience didn't meet your expectations. Let me help you with that. With the crashing apps:
      1. May I suggest checking if your device has the latest software update? To do this, go to your Settings > System > Advanced > System updates and make sure all your apps are updated.
      2. Try resetting your app preferences. These will reset your notification settings and default apps, but your data will remain intact. Go to Settings > Apps & Notifications > See all apps > Menu (three dots on the top right) > Reset app preferences. Please keep us updated on how this goes for you.
      To address your Bluetooth problem, let's try to reset the network settings:
      This will revert your phone's network-related settings to the original state. It wipes saved Wi-Fi connections, Bluetooth devices, and VPN configurations on your phone.
      Everything must be set up from scratch.
      1.Go to Settings > System > Advanced > Reset Touch Reset Wi-Fi, mobile & Bluetooth > RESET SETTINGS
      2. Touch RESET SETTINGS
